She sounds like she's in some sort of pain if she's hiding like that. GI pain can be kinda miserable - is she eating? How is her poo consistency now...?
If she is still not acting right within a few days, I'd have her evaluated more thoroughly.
In the future, I wouldn't let anyone give your girl *any* antibiotics without knowing what "bug" you're trying to treat - that's a poor choice by your vet. There should always be a reason you give antibiotics.
