The 1.80% means percent of the total weight of food (I just checked my bag of Wellness). If you feed your dog 1/2 cup of food per day, that's about 60 grams. 1.80% of 60 grams is 1,080 milligrams of omega-3. That's close to what you're giving in the oil, so you may not need to give the oil any more, or at least you can give less oil.
