Cry Lazy Eye

I've had Pancake for a week and a half, she is 10 weeks old. Last night she was biting on a cord and worried she would bite through and get a shock I pulled the cord away perhaps to quickly and I think I hurt her. It was weird what she did after i snatched it, she sort of turned her neck at a weird angle back to her shoulder and kept her mouth open. This lasted for about 2 or 3 seconds. At first I thought it was her teeth I hurt, but last night I thought I saw her eye wander. I took her to the vet today (unrelated, her nose was running, scrathcing her ears) and I didn't think to mention it. I was playing fetch with her again tonight and I definitly noticed the lazy eye. The right eye was wandering off up and to the left. When I try to pull the toy from her, her eye seems to wander. So I stopped playing with her because I got scared. Did I cause this, I searched the forum and to my suprise found nothing on lazy eyes. If I didn't cause this, will it only get worse. My relative has a lazy eye that seems to wander when she is stressed and has only gotten worse over the years. Any advice? Should I take her back to the vet? She's so tiny and I've always been scared I might hurt her by a mistake.
