I went to the vet today and she told that based on the place where its located and the fact that he did not have this 3 weeks ago before his booster shots, it could be a vaccine reaction. I remember last year with his second yr of booster he had a reaction to the vaccine which swelled his eyes. This year he was premedicated. She gave me some antibiotics and told me to put a warm bounty on twice a day. If it doesnt go away, to return for biopsy. I really do hope it was just a reaction and nothing more major. Ill update you guys later on
