deter is a chewable pill you give to the animal that the dog likes to eat the poop from (ie. neighbors cats) they might have a cat one all you have to do is put some tuna out crush up the pill give it to them OFF YOUR property so they dont come back to you for more food all the time only when you need to give the pill
