Bella seems to be more hungry in the morning than at night. Does anyone ever just give one feeding for the day?

I give most of Bella's food in the morning and then at night just give her 1/8 of a cup if she finishes that I will give her another handful of kibble but she doesn't always seem interested in it.

I cannot leave food out as her brother will go and eat it if she is not fast enough
