Default Invest in a high quality clipper.

If you are going to do full body clips, I would advise investing in a good clipper. Back in the day when were heavy into miniature horses (we raised and trained them to drive) we would do full body clips. I had an Andis and it served me well through many years of heavy use. I am thinking about buying the Andis PoClip for the Yorkies. I groom my two - I keep Lollie in a short puppy clip and Lacie in in full coat.

If you are just doing sanitary clips and trims, then a cheap one will suffice.
