I have a suggestion for a product that may help you out. It is Warren London Hydrating Butter for skin and coat leave in conditioner. It is a non oily intense hydrating treatment for silky smooth skin and coat.It contains a natural humectant that moisturizes and adds vital nutrients with a soothing scent. It contains Guava and Magnesium. Only problem is I don't remember where I bought it. I may have found it on Chewy.com but not sure. I have used it on Joey but not for flaky skin and it helped him. If you would be interested I think you could just google it and the links for it should come up and tell you where you can get it if you might be interested. Just a thought for you.
