Louie is so adorable with his new top knot! I also second that getting him used to top knot at an early age is a great idea. Scottie's been rocking his top knot since the first day I got him too. I think he loves his man buns

You can also consider buying from your local drug store the fabric-type of band that reduces the snagging of hair. I use one called Goody Ouchless Gentle Elastics for both of my babies.
