I'm pretty sure that was a puppy mill so you might want to sign him up for pet insurance asap. Also in the future don't buy from someone like that. I know he is essentially to old for a bottle but have you tried a bottle like you would use for nursing puppies when they can't from mom and putting water in that? If he sucks from that you could water down food and put it in there. I'm wondering if he is younger then she said and was still nursing. Does he have teeth? I honestly have never heard of this issue so it's kinda interesting.
