Sounds soooooo familiar. Took almost a year to train my boy. I finally got the idea to spank my arm. I picked him up and told him that he was naughty again. Spanked my arm and he never went on the floor again. Momma said I should have thought about it year sooner. I never advocate hitting any animal so my arm was spanked. He just seemed to understand I had enough. Lived 16.5 years.
