I can't believe the time has flown by soooo fast and they are so close to going to their new families!! I am so excited for the families and the pups and the new lives they are going to have - one will surprise you - but I can't help but feel sad that they will soon be gone from my home!! I knew this day would come but keeping busy taking care of them and the moms helps keep your mind off that fact!! Then when they are weaned it becomes a little more real! My four year old son just recently realized that they are going to go to new homes and he was extremely upset for a while - right now he is ok but when that first little girl leaves this house it will hit him, me, my daughter, my husband and me hard!! I guess that's just something you have to get used to - but I can't imagine - and I wouldn't want it to get any easier!! When that part gets easy I would say it's time to stop! I can't imagine not falling in love with each and every puppy that passes through my house! I am just happy to be able to watch the ones that I will be able to grow and change here in the nursery!!
