The reason I chose Simparica is the weight dosage. Bella is on the cusp of 10 pounds so I was unsure which one to get her for nexgard. I was going to wait and call my vet and manufacturer to confirm the right dosage packet when I found Simparica. I will see how that one goes. |
I think you will be satisfied with Simparica, I live in a heavily wooded area, deer and other wild life are abundant, I also take Cody on state trail walks also heavily wooded with lots of leaves on ground. I have been using Simparica since April so far no fleas or ticks. I would be hesitant also in giving a 3 month flea / tick protection pill due to the high dosage and my boy is 12 lbs, not a tiny. In a couple of months get back to us, let us know how Simparica is working out for your babies. Since I myself is still in what I conceder "the testing stage".
