My boy has had this for several years. He gets the cough every time after drinking water and many times can just wake up in the middle of the night with a horrible, non-stop cough. He is on twice daily I think doxycycline (supposed to help with inflammation) and a hydrocodone/tusson cough pill as needed. I notice the cough seems more frequent in the summer due to the heat.
