If you need to put a marker in the middle of the pee pad, I would suggest using a larger jar, like a pickle jar.
About his crying @ night, were there fireworks going off last night? Sorry, can't give any insight in that area, mine are not crate trained. |
Oh that's a really good idea for the future maybe lol! He's only 7 months old so he's not really raising his leg completely yet to pee. Still doing the squat 😂 And yeah there were fireworks but he wasn't crying because of that. We ended up putting one of our other dogs in the crate with him so he wouldn't be alone and POOF! Barking stopped LOL. We've been alternating our 2 other dogs sleeping with him at night until he gets used to it and so far there's been minimal accidents. He's holding his pee and poop all night and letting us know when its time to go outside. I'm going to keep up with this until he goes a month without any accidents and then see if I can slowly ween him back into the big cage during the day and then 100% of the time.
