My sister-in-law gave her Yorkie Imodium when he became ill with diarrhea and did well, but he had not had Trifexis. She is home (after over $900) and seems to be doing well and is on a low fat diet. I do not want to give my dog flea pills, not any! What can I do that is safe and controls fleas? Thank you!

Other ones can be very safe the Trifexis is not though.
