Not normal. By 4 months or earlier is normal. Rarely will descend after 6 months. There is a good chance they are right beyond the scrotum and isn't that big of a deal as long as you remove them. I think if neither has descended they may be deeper in the abdomen. An ultrasound will be able to locate them. No matter where they are I think it 's a minor complication during the neuter. Recommendations are to neuter and not pass this trait to future generations. |
