Sounds like you are doing everything right. Remember true diarrhea is based on frequency not consistency. My last vet trip for digestive issues was my giving a tiny piece of steak which caused frequent bloody jelly diarrhea. I happened to have another dog going to vet at 6 am for a surgery the next day so I just brought them both. He gave her an antibiotic shot and she was cured that day.

I have a house rabbit and mine have eaten her poop. My vet wasn't concerned, but maybe because of it being an indoor rabbit.
