I haven't noticed it with the two 4 month old puppies I have now, but a low grade fever and not eating as much could be normal. I also think that since they run 101 to 102 normally they can feel a little warm to us. Try soaking some kibble just in case her gums are too sore for dry food. Also try wetting a washcloth and freezing for her to chew on.
