Obedience training can be very self confidence building for anxious pups is done strictly with positive reinforcement. Also agilitynis active and builds self confidence, utnyiu will need basic obedience to do agility.
Sounds like you are doing all the right things for your pup. Prozac has done great things for many dogs, I would not hesitate to use it.
