I would be lived!! No one and I mean no one! Tease and torture my dogs like that. I don't care who's child it is.
At 12 years old, what's he going to like at 16?
I would jerk him away from my dogs, sit, or tie him in a chair and dare him to get up for hours.
He needs to learn, from someone, that's HE'S not the boss.
