I would never want a breeder to break the law by taking the puppy in a grocery store or hospital. It is also extremely risky to take pups out now that parvo and the dog flu are on the rise. I don't think having sensitive pups or ones that get stressed out by flying makes someone a bad breeder. Saying that is a little ridiculous in my opinion. It's normal for puppies to stress a little bit about somethings and if they didn't I would be a bit concerned.
