If they're breeding sensitive puppies maybe they should re-think their practice. I've never had sensitive puppies in the 10+ years I've been breeding all my puppies are bomb proof. As far as being stressed about about the airport and flying that can easily be dealt with by doing regular trips out to crowed places I've taken puppies to schools, hospitals, grocery shopping, the beach, and long car rides should feel the same as flying so puppies shouldn't be bothered by the flight.
