My yorkies had the same stool problem. Took in poop samples and nothing found. I bet it was a bad bag of wellness turkey and oatmeal. Had them on chicken and rice. Vet said sensitive stomach so they are on hills ID. It has taken awhile but finally decent stool. Check your food. Whathe were you feeding her. Some foods cause these reactions.
