I just received another text saying thank you for being so understanding but I am trying to figure out how I can keep him and think doggie lessons might be the answer. I gave her that one because he was calm and didn't bite hands hard so I'm not sure exactly what she means, but in any event he can't go to any doggie classes until fully vaccinated and they don't teach house training.

Could you explain to her about the vaccinations and have her keep him long enough to get the vaccinations as you don't want to endanger your two pups? If vaccinations were included in the puppy package, she shouldn't have any problem with it. It would only require a little more time before refunding a portion of her money back and taking the pup back.
