Our pup had double teeth removed and it was such a positive experience. She was very young and tiny but the double rows were preventing her from eating well and causing pain. She hardly knew anything had happened, except her mouth felt better and she did well with the anesthesia. We couldn't spay her at the same time so she had to have that done separately and subsequently had to have her microchip removed due to an adverse reaction. She has done well each time. The important thing is to follow post anesthesia instructions regarding water and food that the vet should give you. And soften his kibble a bit with warm water for a day or two while his gums heal. Hope your little guy does well and enjoys his new smile
