Default Very Loose, black bloody stool (diarrhea?), minimal vomit (some blood)

Ariel is almost 3 years old. She's acting fine, gums are pink, drinking normally.

Two days ago, she had soft stool. The hubby said diarrhea.

Yesterday, at the park, midday, she dropped a few small drops of black, jelly like unformed stool.

This morning, she had soft stool, but formed, normal color, no blood, so I was relieved.
There was a small amount of orange vomit, with tiny flecks of red. Possibly blood.
At about 3:30 pm, she had a large amount of black diarrhea, very bloody. It was jelly-ish. We called the vet and they told us to call back in the morning to see if they have any cancellations.

I fasted her for 12 hours today, from noon to midnight. At midnight, I gave her soft boiled rice with a little bit of sweet potato and boiled chicken breast. I hand fed her little bits at a time, otherwise she'd eat it too fast and I don't know how her stomach will take it. Her appetite is fine, energy is good, mood is great. I actually tried to keep her from being too active.

So yesterday and today, small amount of vomit, possible blood.
Yesterday, black jellyish stool, small amount.
Today, large amount of bloody black unformed (very loose) stool.

A few days ago, we gave her a pill for flea treatment. She has taken them before without issue.

3 days ago, we gave her some food from a salad bar, (chicken, boiled egg), and I got a piece of grass fed ground beef. She normally tolerates these things, however, I don't know if she's ever had people-food ground beef before. (Sample from Whole Foods)

She has also eaten rabbit poop, and I found her eating something -- maybe grass, in a park.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? What I should do? We will be taking her to a vet soon. What should we ask for? What tests? What should we watch out for (from the vet)? She is my first dog. I am not experienced.

Thank you for any help.
