There is an injection that is fairly new that is now being used. I have an allergic pup who we had put on Apoquel with great success; but, she is young and I didn't really want her on the Apoquel for the rest of her life. A friend of mine had told me about Cytopoint and I asked my vet about it. They had just ordered it...so my Hannah is their first case. She had the injection two weeks ago. She immediately had relief of her itching and is still doing well. I am very excited about it and hoping it will continue to work for her.
