What's up with this, does anyone know?

Don't get me wrong, I don't love him any less at all, just worried that this may cause increased chances for health problems for him, and if there's anything I should look out for.

The registration papers are done on honor code. But it still may be an actual yorkie, just bred with dogs that were particularly long and heavy.
