Have her liver numbers been tested recently...? If not, I'd test them.
If just skinny, I'd be giving high-caloric treats like bits of peanut butter and cheese, and nutrical. I'd sprinkle Parmesan cheese and/or low-salt broth on her food. And try feeding things OTHER than just kibble - try wet food, raw food (Primal, Natures Variety, SoJos), and cooked food mixes (Honest Kitchen, SoJos etc).
