Yorkies can not create Biewers they are there own breed. There is also no such thing as a black yorkie so someone was a mix. You really shouldn't be breeding unless you know the lines pretty far back and you should only be breeding good examples of the breed. There is no such thing as a teacup yorkie if you bought him from a breeder who advertised him that way he never should have been bred because he came from a bad breeder.
