Default My adopted rescue Yorkie is huge! (22lb)

Hey guys,
I just adopted a rescue dog. He's a wonderful Yorkshire Terrier.

Strange thing is, firstly, he weighs a whopping 22 lb. Second thing is, he's a bit long for a Yorkie! Seems almost like he was cross-bred with a sausage dog!

That said, I have his microchip, and his full pedigree papers, and they all match up. He's KC registered and his pedigree papers go back 3 generations.

What's up with this, does anyone know?

Don't get me wrong, I don't love him any less at all, just worried that this may cause increased chances for health problems for him, and if there's anything I should look out for.
