You should consult with the vet to make absolutely sure that what you are seeing is problematic. At this point, with the baby teeth not having fallen out yet, the geometry of the mouth can still change, and things may resolve themselves. Your vet will know.
That said, there are veterinary dentists that can put in braces, but I'm sure they will tell you it's too early to tell right now.
