Mashed potatoes - food for the gods. Did you add butter and/or gravy? Mmmm, what I wouldn't give for a huge mound of mashed potatoes! Not too long ago, I made a huge bowl of buttery garlic mashed potatoes just for me and ate only that for dinner - all the mashed potatoes I could hold with a roll and sweet iced tea! Yummy!
