Double rows of teeth are very common in 'toy breeds' and my wee Yorkie recently had 10 teeth removed whilst he was being neutered as it was better to do both ends under the one anaesthetic.

The only problem that I faced with the surgery, it cost as much as it was to buy my wee furry faced friend. However, it was the best thing for him as those teeth would have caused problems in his later days.
