A Kong is a chew toy that you can insert treats, peanut butter, frozen treats, lots of goodies. It comes in different sizes. Which my Yorkie has a small. Can get them at any pet store.
You may try freezing a wet wash cloth for him to chew. Soothes the gums while teething. When mine started to chew the cloth I would put it away and freeze again.
Yes, I know how Yorkies have short attention spans. Go figure LOL
