No, do NOT let the dominate one win, he will carry this over after he's been neutered, he'll be use to being the winner, separate when he gets to the really rough stage please. I had a friend that bought male liter mates, one was very dominate, hurt his brother, drew blood. She ended up having to keep them separated until they were old enough to be neutered. Show them YOU are the pack leader and YOU are the dominate one, tough love works.
