Hi, my puppy, Nina, is 6 months old, 3.2 lbs. Her teeth are coming in but the baby teeth in the front are not falling out.

She now has a double row of teeth on the top and bottom of her front teeth. Is this normal? Will they eventually fall out? I remember having one baby tooth pulled at spaying on my last Yorkie, but I have never seen all the front teeth remain when the new teeth were in.

Anyone else have this situation?
