Of course I am not a vet..... but Cesar is not considered to be very good quality food. Eukanuba is a pretty fair food. I know a lot of folks who feed canned food like Weruva brand. I'm sure other will come forth with their thoughts. I feed my dog Fromm and wet it down to soft texture after her dentals.
