I agree-no bath til the vet evaluates the condition of her skin. If she has certain mites, her hoomans can be bitten by them, too. So, if you itch or have little red spots, especially across your shoulders or legs or anywhere that she spends her time, you might want to ask your vet or doc if treatment is needed.
When tiny fragile puppies are exposed to so many other dogs and diseases, their immune systems get bombarded with all kinds of germs. They go into overdrive and see everything as something the little white cells should attack. Once you have her settled in and over the trauma she has lived with, her problems might stop.
Good Luck with her and hope she gets well really quickly.
