The real info here is what do you mean, exactly, by "adverse reaction"...and what were you told by the vet as to what caused this...?

Bc there could be many explanations for this reaction, including a mistake in dosing by the vet team.

And you'd also need to know *exactly* which meds were used for masking down and for the anesthesia itself.
