My little Alfie has epilepsy, we had to increase his does a few times now , we have gone through periods like this , sometimes 3 seizures in 1 day , but then it gets under control again , he is know 13 years old . Just take each day as it comes and see how is quality of life is , it's hard at times but so far we have always come out the other side but only you can make the decision for your little one. I have found that Alfie is sometimes a bit confused after a seizure and wants to sleep but he still has a good quality of life at present , wishing you well with everything.
