If it were my Cody I would say it was a good sign, but, I would be mashing poop every time he pooped for several days just to be sure.

A couple of years ago Cody was being treated for Giardia which cannot be seen with the naked eye. So he pooped and I saw tiny worms, I called my vet, she said the meds for the Giardia would kill any and all worms also. I was mashing his poop looking for worms, by the 2nd day I didn't see anymore but continued mashing for 2 weeks just to be sure, keeping my jar of vicks handy lol. (a tip from one of our YT gals)
