Benadryl only works for allergies given every 4 hours and even then its not a great treatment. You need to go to the vet and get an actual allergy medicine. Even if she is not drawling blood from her paws she is still miserable if she is licking them. I am very badly allergic to dust might like you should have seen the huge welt I got when I got allergy testing its a pain you need to keep your humidity in your house under 50% and vacuum A LOT.
