I have a terrible time getting Ollie to hold still while I rinse her face. If she would just be still I could avoid her nose, but she fights it the whole time. so I use a dripping wash cloth to get it the best that I can. I also use the kitchen sink. Some people may find that gross, but they don't need to come to my house for dinner if they don't like it. lol
