has anyone got a dog who is a little slow? my 2 boys were starved of oxigen when they were born. tye had the cord wrapped around his neck and zac was in breach. they are both 12 now and have always been happy dogs but its taken them a lot longer to learn things and then remember them. has anyone else got a dog like that?
