More and more US breeders and show people are flying in the face of this "standard". We are seeing many full tiails in the ring and they are winning.
I always hated that a good US yorkie could not compete in Europe because of the tail.
BTW the illegality of the tail cropping in Europe was not the breeders' doing - it was law makers and politicians who made the decision.
