Also the breeder where we got Gabi has a link to the following site, which I find very informative. What's So Risky About Puppy Shots?

I, seriously, am thinking that this is what happened to Gabi. At any rate, this is the first dog/pet that we have ever had that has had this problem. And it is very disconcerting! I am a person who believes in doing things in the more "natural" preventative way, rather than treating the "symptoms" after the damage is done. I don't know if some breeds are more prone to having problems but we have had 2 other Yorkies who haven't had this problem. :-(
I disagree. Natural stuff can be even worse because there are no studies on what it can do to you exspecially long term. You can just let your dog suffer by itching all the time it has to be treated. Without puppy shots lots and lots of puppies would die.
