I had the honor to see the some of the best furbabies- ever! One of them had a huge grin and a beautiful, full, tail. (Although the other ones were just as amazing!)
The companion for Chews will have a tail, and I'm going as far as starting up a rapport years in advance just for this very issue. All of Chewie's non-vocal communication is done with her tail and ears. She is very coordinated with her paws, too. I always wonder what more she could have done with her wee paws had she had her dew claws. Also, while most people might scoff for this, Chewie is terrified of any one that looks like her breeder and is very sensitive about her paws and tail. I think some of them do remember, and shes' one of them.
I know this post is old, but I had to put in my 2 cents as well. I had my mind made up before seeing an intact kiddo, but seeing that just added another layer of cement to it. Europe has banned this, so it's time we hopped on board. |
