Its better to neuter him and then buy another pup. After he mates he will mark every where and have other issues due to being bred. There is a lot that goes into breeding. You have to know several lines back from your dogs lines, he needs to be considered a perfect example of the breed, there are lots of testings that would need to be done and so on.
